I am proud to say that I assembled this gazebo by myself. I took a few days, first to unpack the parts, next to assemble the frame and the last 2 days for the roof and netting. I used 2 ladders to prop the pieces up. The roof was more difficult because I placed the gazebo on my deck with no room to spare on 2 sides. I was able to slide on top of the roof for the corner pieces. I got the black and white, it's beautiful. I'm a 58 year old woman and I am handy around tools. I spend all of my time in the warmer months under my gazebo. It's like an extra room. I gave up on pop up tents. This year I stored my furniture under it with covers and nothing got wet. Kozyard is a great company and I would buy again.
I have worked with metal fabrication all my life, but have never seen this degree of craftsmanship. Packaging, shipping time, instructions were all anyone could hope for. I would give this review more than 5 stars except for one detail. One mosquito panel is torn and needs to be replaced.
Haven't had a chance to put it up!! The deck it's going on needed some attention!
If you’re not handy, you will be frustrated. I’m handy and it tested me. The plastic clips that go on the roof panels will not stay on. I fought them for over an hour before getting a glue gun and hot glueing them to each panel. I’m not even sure what purpose they serve. Also don’t screw top piece on like it says as you cannot get panels in.
Each panel has a twin but they only put a number sticker on one of them. Based on that, you should always use the unmarked one first so u can find the second one. Not sure why numbering all panels was that cumbersome or costly.
It leaves you wondering whose ass needs kicking, the engineers or whomever wrote the manual.
Once it was done it looks great but it will put u to the test!
We actually had a two man pro crew to assemble it.... it’s beautiful.... will be even better once all lights are on
