If your product is within the Kozyard warranty period and the issue is due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage, replacement parts are typically provided at no cost. For out-of-warranty or user-damaged parts, we can still supply paid replacements at a reasonable price so you can extend the life of your gazebo, pergola, or furniture.
Kozyard is a U.S.-based brand with warehouses in New Jersey and California. Once your replacement parts request is approved, we usually ship within a few business days. Most customers in the continental U.S. receive their parts in about 3–7 business days, depending on location and carrier.
