Usually we ship your orders within 24 hours, if you place your order by 8:00amETS time in east coast or 8:00am PST time in west coast, your order will be shipped by today, otherwise, your order will be shipped in the second day. Your tracking number will be available once you placed the order after 30 minutes.
Your item will be shipped from New Jersey or California. If you purchased your items from Amazon, Walmart or Wayfair, and fulfilled by Amazon, Walmart or Wayfair. Our channel partners will decide to which warehouses are shipped from. Our products are widely distributed to our channel partners across the nationwide in US.
If you place orders before our shipping cutoff time (8:00amETS east coast or 8:00amPST west coast), you can change address. Otherwise it is possible that the items has left our facility and we are unable to change your delivery address.

If your package got damaged, please take a picture of the damage and send it to info@kozyard.com, check the assembly instruction and list the part number and quantity you need for each damaged items, so we can send you a free replacements as quickly as possible. Don’t forget including your PO# and contact information, so we can address your issue as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number, and parts number and quantity for each parts, so we can send you asap. If your purchased items is covered by warranty, we will provide you free replacement parts. If your
purchased item is out of warranty or not covered by warranty, we will quote you a reasonable price for your requested parts.
