The umbrella arrived missing the base pole, lock screws and connector cover. I have called the company’s customer number, no answer. I have emailed and still no response.
I am so impressed with this umbrella, it arrived quickly, was easy to set up. It was a lot less expensive AND more strudy than a different umbrella I had pruchased elsewhere but had to return due.
The offset style is versatile as it can be roated and angled. The support arm gives it a lot of stability even on a beezy day.
Please note it does not come with sandbags, so take that into account you will need to purchase them separately. But even with the cost of the sandbags, it was less expensive than the one I had previously purchase thay was no where near as nice.

This is a perfect fit for our spare bedroom. Very light and airy. Decent quality for the price.
Bought this about a year ago, still holding up well. Survived a winter in NY. We use it almost every evening in the summer. The tilt and rotation really help us position the umbrella and give us shade wherever we put our table. The sand bags have faded to a light grey color from the sun but that is not a big deal and does not affect the performance of the umbrella. The rope attached to the cover disintegrated after a few months but we just used rope we already had to replace it.
