VERY impressed with the materials, the directions were satisfactory, the building of the gazebo just worked perfectly! Holes, bolts, nuts all worked as they were supposed to!

I had a handyman company assemble it, they had no complaints! That said, all is to my expectation - it's a quality product.
I had the gazebo installed by two men. Took them 4 hours. Very pleased with the quality and construction of the gazebo. Solid, looks like it will stand up to the weather - time will tell but first impressions are good.
Ordered on a Saturday, everything was in by Thursday. The build quality is excellent. Everything fit right, holes aligned and no pieces missing. One of the four support poles had a dent in it but I was able to bang it out with a rubber mallet. It’s not hard to build but there’s a few times I had to read the instructions over and over to understand it. The hardest part was attaching the plastic pieces to the roof panels. They kept coming off even with using tape. Definitely need 2 people for the roof and to tighten all the bolts. Overall, it was a fun project to build and looks great in the background yard. We are very happy with our purchase!
