Lots of parts for the chair and squeaky after a few months, but the worst is the cushions and they have no replacements.
The chairs are very comfortable. They are good quality and built well, they are wieghted to not get blown around in the wind.
Instructions didn't match parts list. Bolts, washers,etc. were numbered incorrectly. Enclosed instructions did not match online instructions. Some bolts parts were short, others too many. Difficult to put together. Sat too low for our counter height bar. I returned them.
I purchased 2 sets of these chairs ($400 later). After I used for the first time, the bearings fell out on all of the chairs. I tried to work with the manufacture to replace or refund and since it was longer then their 30-day (so generous) return policy they told me I could either return them, on my own dime, to New Jersey or California, when I live in Pennsylvania. Very poor craftsmanship for bearings to fall out with one use. Do not buy these chairs!!! Company also very rude to work with on phone!!!
The table has worked out well. I appreciate the better quality fasteners, easy to assemble and sppear will last some time. Fair for the cost. Thanks
