I placed an order several weeks ago for curtains for my gazebo. Received a email on May 15th saying my package had shipped. Called customer support on the 29th of May and was told the curtains were on back order. Kozyard25352 now it’s over 3 weeks and you’re asking for what I think about this product. No call or text saying their was a problem with the order instead of leaving me to Question if anyone follows thru with the customer when there is a situation or problem with order. The email I’m responding to says it was shipped 2 weeks ago.so which is correct rep told me back ordered or 2nd rep says shipped 2 weeks.STILL WAITING!!!!///

I bought the screen first, and then I decided to get the curtain and so glad that I did. The zippers are better than the original, it’s a little bit longer than the first and the curtain material is a better quality. I’m really glad I invested in this replacement. The only thing that I don’t understand is the hole and connecting the screens.

I was expecting just replacement curtains for our 5 year old faded ones. What I got was replacement curtains and new hooks with new design that work so well. It was worth the new curtains just for the updated, well thought-out hooks.
