I am very pleased with the responsiveness and helpfulness of the entire team at Kozyard. I made three total orders in order to add to my existing Gazebo (DIY experiment). In the first I received the parts by ground shipment and it was very well packed and complete as ordered. Once I realized I needed three additional parts, they were delivered promptly and again completely. I again realized I could use two additional parts and placed another order. In this instance, I was actually in a position to drive to their warehouse and meet the team. They were as helpful and pleasant in person as through email. The warehouse staff, the front office and the manager were very kind. The warehouse visit was completely unnecessary because they are so helpful online, but it was nice to thank them in person
