Shipping policy

Orders are processed on weekdays (Monday to Friday) according to GMT -8:00 time zone. Upon receipt of your order confirmation email, we will process your order within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and send you a notification once your order has been shipped.

Please be aware that some items may have a shipping fee, which will be reflected in your shopping cart at checkout.

In certain situations, such as returns, exchanges, or shipping to specific areas, shipping costs may apply.

Please note that we only ship to the 48 contiguous United States and do not deliver to Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, or Armed Forces Pacific.
