If your order is still under warranty, please click on “Replacement Request” at the homepage to send us a request.
If your order past warranty but you still need replacement parts, please click the HELP button at the right bottom corner of the page and contact us. Please provide your original order number (if you can find it), product full name, part number and the amount you need. We will quote for you.
If you already got the price from us, please place the order base on the price of the replacement parts. For example: the replacement part costs $30, then you need to put the amount as 30 and the total will be $30. After you successfully pay for the replacement parts, please email us your Kozyard order number. We will process the replacement order and arrange the shipment for you.
