Ideal 12' x 16' Outdoor Lounge Space: The spacious 12' x 16' footprint accommodates outdoor dining sets, loungers, or seating areas, making it perfect for patios, decks, or backyard gatherings.
Curtains & Netting Included: Features fully enclosed double-sided zippers, a dual-track system, and double-layer sidewalls. The gray polyester curtains and mesh provide ventilation, privacy, UV protection, and rain protection—creating a comfortable and secure environment for your family.
All-Metal Roof with Built-In Gutter System: The 29-gauge galvanized steel roof is thicker and stronger than the panels used in most gazebos on the market. The integrated water-gutter system efficiently channels rainwater away from the roof edges and down the poles to keep your outdoor area dry.

Built-In Ceiling Hook: A reinforced ceiling hook allows you to hang outdoor lights, string lights, or a ceiling fan to elevate your relaxation and entertainment areas.

Kozyard Alexander 12' X 16' Hardtop Gazebo, Aluminum Metal Gazebo with Galvanized Steel Double Roof Canopy, Curtain and Netting, Permanent Gazebo Pavilion for Patio, Backyard, Deck, Lawn (Gray)
My 12x16 Grey Alexander arrived on a long pallet and very well secured. As I began to unpack each box I was really impressed how every single part was individually wrapped in foam to to prevent damage. When I got to the roof panels not only was each panel foam wrapped each of two groups of panels were doubled boxed to prevent damage. What a great way to start out. T assembled the majority of the Gazebo myself and my wife helped out initially standing up the legs and at the end holding the roof nuts from the bottom while I tightened the Allen bolts from the top. Total build took 4 days with numerous rain outs. Really wasn’t in any hurry just took my time to avoid making any mistakes. Most importantly do not force anything and be sure your main frame is square. Instructions and pictures are really good but pay attention to parts that look alike and part numbers. There may be just a slight difference i.e. roof bars N1 and N3. The second piece of advice that will be helpful is, when installing sections of roof panels do not tighten any roof panel bolts until all the panels in a section are installed. This was a very fun project. If you take your time you’ll be very pleased with the finished product.
Just recently purchased and assembled the 12 x 16 Gazebo from Kozyard. This took me 2 days and about 14 hours by myself to assemble. The frame was easy and went smooth, the roof on the other hand is a complete nightmare. I had no issues with the Z Clips at all, they stayed on without much issues. Just getting the roof panels in place was a nightmare. You NEED 2 people to complete the roof or you will be going up and down a ladder many many many times.
The rubber gromet you need to place are a royal pain but I found out using a little electrical tape on the bottom helps a ton. The double sided tape they included is junk. The Sealant that was included was bad, it was hard as a rock.
I was missing some hardware and some curtain hangers, and had some dented and scratch panels.
Overall" C- minus for design and setting this thing up, C- for missing parts. C- for some damaged roof panels. A+ for how it looks after setting it up. I can say I will never set up another one in my life time.
We got the 12 x 16 in gray .
Once we got it home, he took a couple hours on one day just to get all the pieces laid out and ready to go. The next day we started around eight or 9 oclock in the morning and it was done by about 4 PM. I helped a little bit, but it was mostly my husband and son that did the job. We anchored it down with ratchet straps to the deck until we could get the proper material and longer bolts to go through our deck to anchor. We probably went a little overkill but that sucker is not moving.
The first time it rained there was a little drip inside, but the very next day we put silicone around all of the bolts, and we have had no problems since. It really does direct the rain away from the sides.
It looks great and is exactly what we wanted. Currently waiting on a return Email or phone call as I am missing Just one curtain tie.
Overall, I give it five stars!
