Four of the B13 panels arrived damaged. I emailed customer service and sent photos. I was told some damage can occur during shipping and that I could lightly tap out the dents and it would not affect the functionality of the panels. Really? How about the appearance and the fact I wasn't spending money to buy damaged panels. I had asked for new panels to be sent and am still getting the run around.

I bought 2 items I loved them both but unfortunately the 12 by 14 roof box had the wrong color it said on the box which had roof was white but on the box said gray luckily it matched the house

The gazebo is beautiful and they go the extra mile to make everything look really finished and clean which I appreciate. The build was definitely time consuming and the directions are probably the worst part of the entire thing. Mostly pictures with very few explanations and not detailed enough when it needed to be. The packaging was great, everything was well protected and all pieces were clearly labeled. One of my least favorite parts was the plastic pieces that connect to the metal roof, they don’t stay on for anything, they provide double sided tape which doesn’t work, I even used super glue and they would still pop off - after climbing up a 6 foot ladder, wielding a giant sheet of metal and positioning it then inserting it into the track just to have it pop off and slide down, hit you in the face and then force you to undo everything, climb down and start again. I did the majority of the build myself (I’m a handy 37 year old female and had 3 littles running around while I built - so you can do it!) I had my husbands help to do the upper most part - mostly because I don’t like being up that high and the bigger panels can be a pain without a second set of hands when trying to get the plastic pieces into the track. The whole build definitely tried my patience and took quite a few days to complete but it was worth it and I’d do it again.

The builder arrived and time with all tools needed. The build did take about 7.5hrs because he was by his self. I was aware of that prior to finalizing the deal. I do believe the builder did not use some of the screws in the right place and excluded pieces that may have needed to be included because I had quite a bit of piece left over after the build. 😳 He did clean up and was receptive to direction as far as missing pieces and making adjustment.

Completely happy with this gazebo. It is exactly what I was hoping for. Just beautiful.
