We ordered the Apollo10'x12' Kozyard hardtop. Everything came in on time and in perfect condition. All the parts were in boxes, and nothing was damaged. We had 3 adult men working and 8 hours of labor. Directions were good, some screws and bolts do double duty. Metal roof was a challenge. Double stick tape as suggested did not work. So, we used a hot glue gun to adhere the snap brackets to the roof panel edges. What a game changer. It worked so well that we had the roof done in no time at all. All in all, we are very pleased, and we have had a lot of great compliments on our gazebo. Thank you for making a great product. We are really enjoying our gazebo.
I purchased this gazebo because I was tired of the pop ups or cloth that could not withstand any severe weather. I live near water in the Northeast and thunderstorms pop up all the time and I was tired of rushing to get them down before the weather damaged them. This product shipped quickly and arrived in about 7 days. The instructions were a little vague for the roof but easy enough to figure out. The install was pretty straight forward. I put the frame up by myself in about 4 hours. The roof definitely needs 2 people to put up (about 4 1/2 hours) Use a screw gun set on very low torque with a hex bit for install. they also include extras of all the bolts, nuts and screws. I had 1 small defect on a corner piece and I emailed the company and received a replacement within 3 days. It has been up for about 6 weeks with no issues, I would highly recommend.
A wonderful product with an enormous amount of parts. It does take a long time to assemple and I highly recommend 3 people to put it together. Otherwise a great product.
It is sturdy, had a few storms with 40+ mph winds. Bolted it to the concrete patio. Still completely solid. The wood-like posts look real nice. Ordered the screen and shade panels from Kozyard direct. Nice quality and a tight fit, highly recommend.
Buy this awning. It looks amazing, but take the time to follow my idea for securing the roof panels. The roof panels have these plastic strips that are a pain and fall off easily. To remedy this, I used a strip of electrical tape to hold them in place and you do not see it when finished. It looks terrible until it is hidden, but it saves so much headache.
I also used a heavy duty double sided tape for the 3 rubber pieces to hold strong for just the middle panel to keep it from sliding. It shows the rubber pieces for a tip to hold it, but the supplied tape sucks.
