Damaged Items and no communication

I purchased an outdoor table and upon opening it found that every panel on the item had been damaged in shipping. I have reached out to the company 2 times and it has been over 10 days since the initial contact. I have yet to hear back from the company. Thankfully I purchased with a credit card so I have initiated a dispute for the purchase. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.
