It’s a good structure but I still get rain off the back. The “gutters” just have holes and the rain just drips onto the patio
It's very difficult to review or rate something that was purchased 16 days ago, (so much for 2-5 business day delivery) and went RIGHT on my charge card before it was ever shipped(so it has been paid for), but it still isn't here. Two days ago I was FINALLY notified that it would be here today, but today was notified it won't be here till Monday. IF it does ever arrive, I just hope it comes with ALL of its parts and undamaged. I have twice now scheduled people to be here to help put it together, now I have to go through THAT again. I have written 3-4 emails to your company asking about the where abouts of my gazebo, not one reply back. Now you email me for a review on something I don't even have, but HAVE paid for over 2 weeks ago. Hopefully I'll be able to update my review with positive remarks, if it ever gets here and in great shape.
After doing a lot of online reading and checking out reviews I decided to purchase the Kozyard Alexander 12' x 14' Gazebo. First impression was that I was very impressed on how it was packaged. There is no damage to any of the boxes or the gazebo itself. I thought the instructions were very easy to follow and well written. I highly recommend watching their assembly video before starting your own build, helped a lot.
Assembly was good, I basically did it myself with the exception of connecting the main upper frames together with the legs and the initial roof frame which I grabbed my son to help. The roof takes some time to do, mainly because of the plastic clips have to be secured with double-sided tape. Total time was between 8-9 hours but again, I basically did it myself.
Final construction complete, I really love the gazebo. Sturdy, made well very good quality.
Overall: my only complaint is the plastic tabs on the ends of the roof panels can be a pain, they fall off really easily and very time consuming. I ended up using some black electrical tape to help keep it on and that was quicker & easier.
It would really help if they had these held on with rivets from the manufacturer. I would of had this done in one day if that was the case.
Besides that, I highly recommend it, very nice and good quality gazebo.
The package arrived on 3 different days. That was ok gave me time to inventory and every item was there and packaged well. Directions were very easy to follow and went very easy to build There were a couple small dents in legs from shipping the last package to arrive but no big deal. Very impressed and would encourage anyone to buy.
the Gazebo has an elegant design. it is very strong and sturdy. it made my backyard look very very nice. I am very happy with this Gazebo and it is very easy to install.
