A really great product

The product is really high quality. Be patient while building it a it's substantial. The parts fit well, components are high quality, and should last years. Others around me have these as well, at a marina, and have had them 10 years +.

Pergola and Replacement Parts

I've had my Kozyard Pergola up for 5+ years now. Have been very pleased with the structure itself. Periodically I have to replace the canvas canopy - I live in Arizona! This year, I broke a connecting piece for one of the support rods and, of course, couldn't find the manual. Kathy, online support, helped me through the process and then connected me through email to Nicole for further assistance. Both of them were VERY helpful and patient with my request and even when I didn't pay attention to all of the information Nicole passed along to me to order what I needed. She came back very pleasantly and quickly in an email, letting me know she'd made the adjustment and the order would be shipped soon. I can't say enough about these positive interactions with the staff and I'm delighted with the product. I'll definitely shop this site for additional products I need. Thanks Ladies!!! Fran
