Description
Our 12’ x 14’ Kozyard is a great addition to our yard/pool area. It was time consuming, as I knew it would be, but two of us put it up in a day. We were short a couple of curtain clips but customer service has already sent them our way. Couldn’t be more pleased. Wish I had done it sooner.
We bought the 12x14 Alexander for our deck. Came in three boxes- well packaged, with great communication about delivery. The frame of the structure was relatively easy to set up, me and husband did it in about 6 hours. Definitely use a drill with bit- I couldn’t imagine just using the Allen wrench. The roof however, who designed that!? As others said, the plastic z clips are a nightmare and do not stay in place when trying to put the panels in place. I tried to hot glue them on and it helped a bit, but way too many pieces and in the end we just tried to shove them in. I love the finished product, and it looks perfect, but there has to be a better way than those ridiculous plastic clips!
Instruction need help. Parts need better identification. Too much separate packaging

This is the perfect addition to our back patio! It brings a sense of peace and calmness. Our back patio is directly in the sun most of the day so it can get very hot. We reviewed different options for a long time, then found that this product had the best reviews! Did not disappoint!!! We love it and have been hanging out in it every day since it went up!
