Warranty Policy
WHAT IS COVERED
All products are guaranteed against defective materials for 365 days from the date of delivery of the purchased product and based on normal residential use of the product. Canopies, Privacy Curtain, Mosquito Netting, and other fabric material, textilene parts, cushion only have 90 days warranty. The warranty is not transferable. Shipping fees for replacement parts are covered within the warranty period following the date of delivery of the purchased product.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Damages due to vandalism, animals, abuse or wrong use of the product are not covered by the warranty. Damages caused by severe weather conditions such as thunderstorms, hail storms, wind or snowstorms are not covered by the warranty.
Rust, water infiltration and discoloration of the structure and/or the fabric are not covered by the warranty.
This limited warranty is applicable on parts only, labor is not included
If any of the instructions of the OPERATION or SAFETY INFORMATION sections is not met, the warranty will be void. Any modification made to the structure will void the warranty.
WHO IS COVERED
This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Only customer purchasing KOZYARD LLC products from KOZYARD LLC or authorized retailers or resellers may obtain coverage under our limited warranties.
KOZYARD LLC will not provide any warranty coverage unless claims are made in compliance with all terms of the controlling warranty statement included with your product and you follow proper return procedure.
To request warranty service, you will need to provide:
- The sales receipt or other evidence of the date and place of purchase.
- A description of the problem.
- Delivery of the product or the defective part, postage prepaid and carefully packed and insured, to:
When warranty service is completed, any repaired or replacement product or part will be returned to you with prepaid postage.
